De-evolution Pawnch

I was just having fun here I felt like drawing comic-y type characters and I ended up with this haha I sort of named the green guy evolution man and he's I think part dinosaur? lol I really didn't think it through too much although if you're wondering what's happening the green guy is de-evolving the red guy into cats
